Dr. Anthony L. Valenti, DPM treats a wide variety of foot problems that include:
- General podiatric care
- Treatment of the diabetic foot including wound care
- Podiatric surgery of the foot and ankle
- Treatment of sports medicine injuries
- Orthotic intervention
The goal of our office is to provide our patients with the utmost compassion and attention in podiatric care. Our patients come first, and it is always our goal to provide our patients with options. We do believe in conservative care and will attempt that at all times. When surgical intervention is needed, the process is explained thoroughly and follow up is essential.
Dr. Valenti was born and raised in Golden Colorado. He is a third generation Colorado native. His parents were both born and raised in Pueblo Colorado. He went to high school in Golden and was even born at Lutheran Hospital. He has two daughters and currently resides in Golden Colorado. In his spare time he enjoys golf, skiing and virtually any sporting event.
He received his Bachelors degree in Organizational Management from the University of Colorado-Boulder in 1993. He received his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from the California College of Podiatric Medicine, located in San Francisco California, in 1997. He was fortunate to return to Colorado and completed a two-year residency at the Denver Veterans Medical Center in 1999.
He is board certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and currently has hospital privileges at Lutheran and St. Anthony's Medical Center. He often uses Lakewood surgical center and Golden Ridge surgical center for his outpatient procedures.
